What is your minimum order quantity?
Stock wholesale items start from 10 pcs per style. Custom OEM/ODM minimums depend on materials and craft, typically 50–100 pcs per style.
Can I mix styles to reach MOQ?
Yes — for stock wholesale you may combine styles within the same category (rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces).
How quickly do you ship?
Stock orders normally ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Express shipping via DHL/FedEx/UPS reaches most countries in 3–7 business days.
Custom OEM/ODM
How does the custom process work?
Submit Idea → 3D CAD Drawing → Sample Approval → Mass Production → Strict QC & Ship. Free 3D CAD design is provided for confirmed projects.
How long does sampling take?
Standard sampling: 7 days. Complex stone-setting / lost-wax samples: 10–14 days.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before any design work and never use a client’s exclusive designs for other accounts. See our NDA Policy.
Materials & Quality
Which base metals do you work with?
925 sterling silver, brass, stainless steel, titanium. Plating: 18K gold, PVD, anti-tarnish e-coating.
Do you provide test reports?
Yes — SGS lead-free / nickel-free / cadmium reports are available on request, alongside ISO9001 certification.
