miajewelfactory takes design confidentiality seriously. Every custom OEM/ODM project is protected under a mutual non-disclosure agreement.
What we protect
- Sketches, CAD files, 3D renderings, and prototypes you share with us.
- Brand identifiers, packaging artwork, and pricing strategy.
- Volume forecasts, supplier information, and trade secrets exchanged during quotation.
Our commitments
- We will sign your NDA, or provide our standard mutual NDA on request, before any design work begins.
- Your designs are never reproduced for, shown to, or sold to any other client.
- Our internal design team and tooling room operate under signed employee confidentiality agreements.
- Production samples and bulk product photography are not posted publicly without your written consent.
How to request an NDA
Email sales@miajewelfactory.com with your draft NDA, or ask us to send our standard template. NDAs are typically returned within one business day.
Duration
Our standard NDA is valid for 5 years from signing date and survives the termination of any individual order or project.
