Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS. For bulk orders, sea freight (FOB Shenzhen / Hong Kong) is available on request.
- Stock wholesale: dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment.
- Custom OEM/ODM: dispatched 1–3 business days after final QC approval.
- Transit time: 3–7 business days to most countries via express courier.
- Tracking: a tracking number is emailed when the parcel ships.
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless DDP terms are quoted.
Inspection on arrival
Please inspect parcels within 7 days of delivery. Photographs of any defective items, with the original packaging, allow us to file a claim with our QC team and the carrier.
Returns & replacements
- Stock wholesale: defective items reported within 7 days of delivery are eligible for free replacement on the next order, or store credit.
- Custom OEM/ODM: bespoke pieces produced from your approved sample / signed-off CAD are non-returnable. Quality issues are covered through replacement under our QC warranty.
- Workmanship warranty: 12 months on solder joints, settings, and plating (under normal wear).
Lost or damaged in transit
If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact sales@miajewelfactory.com with the tracking number and photographs. We file the carrier claim and arrange a replacement shipment.
